Main conclusions by Natalie Ernst (GFRAS):

  • How to make RAS system sustainable so that the poor are reached, too?
    • How to influence the policy making/implementing processes?
    • How to create incentives for extensionist to work in the remote, poor areas, too?
  • Decentralisation is possible!
  • But how does decentralisation influence RAS systems? Needs more evidence on the sustainability of that. Programme proved that it worked, but what are the long-term impacts?
